Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate wireline operations to ensure timely commencement and execution of work for customers.
  • Oversee and train wireline operators to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service quality.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure all crew members are using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ensure full compliance with ATF and IFC regulations, conduct explosive inventories and audits, and maintain up-to-date training and re-certifications for all crew members.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of operations, including inventory management and compliance with DOT and HazMat transport regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and safety.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of oilfield experience with a focus on wireline operations.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, field personnel, and customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Physical Demands:
  • Sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  • Light duty with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Medium duty with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Heavy work with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
Driver Criteria:

Noble Casing Inc requires drivers to meet certain criteria, including a clear driving record and the ability to pass a background check. The company also requires drivers to maintain a valid CDL with HazMat endorsement and complete all required training and re-certifications.
