Job Summary:

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled Wireline Engineer to oversee operations and ensure exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oilfield experience, with a focus on cased-hole logging and perforation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of wireline operators and provide training and development opportunities to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure that all crew members are using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Manage field supplies and inventory, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency, and ensure that all crew members are up-to-date on all required training and re-certifications.
  • Collaborate with management and field personnel to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of oilfield experience, with a focus on cased-hole logging and perforation.
  • Must be in good standing with the ATF and have the ability to pass a background check.
  • Clear driving record for the past 3-5 years, and the ability to be insured.
  • Maintain good standing with DISA (drug and alcohol testing program) and have a valid CDL with HazMat endorsement.
  • Complete all Noble Casing Inc and industry-specific training, and remain up-to-date on all required training and re-certifications.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
Physical Demands:
  • Sedentary work, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  • Light duty, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Medium duty, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Heavy work, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
Driver Criteria:

Noble Casing Inc has a preferred guideline for insured drivers, which includes excluding drivers with one or more Type A Violations in a 60-month period, two or more Type B Violations in a 36-month period, or three or more Type C Violations in a 36-month period.

Type A Violations include DWI, DUI, OUI, refusing a substance test, and charges of reckless driving, manslaughter, hit & run, eluding police, any felony, drag racing, having or driving with a suspended license.

Type B Violations include all vehicle accidents, regardless of fault.

Type C Violations include all moving violations not in Types A or B, such as speeding, improper lane change, failure to yield, running stop lights or signs.

Type D Violations include non-moving violations, such as illegal parking, equipment violations, obstructing traffic, failure to display registration or driver's license.
