Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples from patients in a fast-paced laboratory setting.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques
- Label and process specimens according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and specimen collection
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff to ensure smooth specimen collection
- Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed
- Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting
- Reliable transportation with at least 4 years of licensed driving experience and a valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or GED
