Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissions Associate to join our TruePay Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our core product offerings, specifically our commissions advance program. You will work closely with our product team to continually improve our commissions management platform and support the overall product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commission payments and cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for financial advisors, responding to compensation-related inquiries with a sense of urgency.
  • Support the TruePay Manager in managing commission schedules and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop and improve our commission management system and commission advance program.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the broader Signal team.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant finance or accounting role.
  • Prior commission management or industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required, with experience in Salesforce preferred.
