What You'll Do
  • Manage daily operations, including generating commission payments and maintaining up-to-date carrier data.
  • Act as a key point of contact for advisors, responding to compensation questions with a sense of urgency.
  • Support the TruePay Manager in managing commission schedules and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with the product team to continually improve our commission management platform and support the overall product strategy.
  • Assist the broader Signal team in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
