Overview

At Leidos, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and community involvement. As a Deputy Program Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting and leading various projects and functions to support program operations.

The job involves workflow mapping and documentation, configuration management, security and employee compliance tracking, and more. Effective communication and coordination with multiple teams within the program are essential, including software testing, training, customer support, and systems engineering.

Compensation and Benefits

This challenging role offers a competitive salary range of $55,250 - $99,875 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your overall well-being.

Job Responsibilities

  • Capture project requirements, track, and report on status to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage our internal proprietary CRM database, including customer contacts, communications, and workflows.
  • Prepare and organize documentation on processes, SOP guides, and instructional documents for the program.
  • Coordinate the creation, storage, and delivery of contractually required technical documentation.
  • Assist with ongoing tasks and tracking for employee onboarding, customer clearances, compliance, and training.
  • Identify and manage projects for process improvements across the program.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with two plus (2+) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and process improvement abilities.
  • Proficiency in M365 Office applications and adaptability to new technologies and software.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
  • Familiarity with web-based CRM software, basic IT concepts, and networking principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize competing tasks based on urgency, impact, and contractual requirements.
