**Job Summary**

At SBM Management Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Operator/ GMP Recycle Tech to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, compactors, and balers, to collect, sort, and process recyclable materials.
  • Inspect materials and sort items according to type, size, condition, and other characteristics.
  • Collect and salvage reusable materials, and ensure they are properly stored and maintained.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
