Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the inventory management, daily delivery of HVAC freight and materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of merchandise
  • Load and unload products from trucks and prepare for delivery
  • Assist with delivering and transporting HVAC freight and materials to customers
  • Verify all items received to items ordered for accuracy
  • Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare orders for shipment as needed
  • Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to Sales Center Manager
  • Responsible for daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance and reporting in/out times with merchandise returns
  • Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one's regular job duties
Requirements
  • Minimum 24 months of verifiable experience driving a 16' minimum box truck, or stake bed truck
  • Ability to multi-task and work within daily deadlines
  • Knowledge of common carrier (LTL) and full truckload logistics
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our Company
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
  • CDL Class B license preferred (except when required in certain states)
  • 6 months of Warehouse experience including forklift operation
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus
