Job Description

We are seeking a skilled butcher and meat processing expert to join our team as a meat cutter specialist. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the artisanal production of our premium sausage and ham specialties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Artisanal production of high-quality sausage and ham specialties
  • Butchering tasks in various departments, including disassembly, material preparation, sausage production, and raw ham/sausage
