Silver Cross Hospital is a leading healthcare provider known for its commitment to excellence and patient-centered care. We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist Oncology to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise clinical activities related to the care of the oncology patient population.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Practice Administration to develop and implement mutually agreed-upon programs.
- Ensure compliance with Oncology Clinic & Infusion Center policies, standards of practice, and State and Federal laws.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmacist experience, with residency, fellowship, or equivalent outpatient oncology & infusion experience preferred.
- Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Illinois.
- Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.
- Training and knowledge of specialty areas (neonatology, critical care, oncology, etc.).
Work Schedule:
Days, Clinic is open M-F. Need minimum of 2 regular days available each week.
