Job Overview

Position: Production Worker


Compensation: $16 per hour


Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 6:00 am (10-hour shifts)


Role Summary:

We are in search of committed Production Workers to become a vital part of our operations. In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks associated with the manufacturing process and the preparation of products for distribution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Duties: Manage machinery and equipment throughout the production cycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Evaluate product quality and communicate any discrepancies or concerns to management.
  • Packaging: Prepare finished goods for shipment in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Inventory Oversight: Keep precise records of stock levels and assist with inventory audits as necessary.
  • Safety Standards: Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work in conjunction with fellow production staff to achieve operational targets and timelines.

Candidate Qualifications:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should possess:

  • The ability to operate machinery and equipment with safety and efficiency.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • The willingness to work 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday.
