Job Overview

We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Production Worker. This position is essential in our manufacturing operations, ensuring that products are efficiently produced and prepared for distribution.

Key Details
  • Compensation: $16 per hour
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (10-hour shifts)
Role Responsibilities

As a Production Worker, your primary duties will include:

  • Operating Equipment: Efficiently manage machinery and tools during the production cycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on product quality and communicate any discrepancies to management.
  • Packaging: Accurately package finished goods in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Inventory Oversight: Keep precise records of stock levels and assist with inventory assessments.
  • Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside fellow team members to achieve production targets.
Candidate Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Capability to operate machinery safely and competently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to work 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday.
