About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their orders, including pulling and preparing merchandise for delivery or pickup.
  • Replenish shelves and ensure that merchandise is accurately accounted for and delivered to customers on-time.
  • Load merchandise into vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the delivery team and Installation Providers to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on-time.
  • Inspect and verify merchandise for quality and accuracy before loading it onto delivery trucks.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
  • 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
  • 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
  • Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months retail experience.
  • 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden).
  • 6 months experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.
