As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing culinary results that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Operations: Manage menu writing and cost control, ensuring high-quality food products and meeting service, production, and presentation standards.
  • Operations Management: Maintain vendor relationships, purchase food and supplies, and oversee receiving and inventory management.
  • Financial Management: Manage department controllable expenses, analyze recipes, and submit financial reporting to the corporate office.
  • People Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Culinary School certificate or degree
  • High School diploma or equivalent
