Job Summary

PromptCare Companies Inc is seeking a reliable and experienced Homecare Technician to join our team. As a Homecare Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies and equipment to our clients' homes. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare and home medical equipment, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading vehicles with all required equipment, medications, oxygen and supplies into truck in a timely manner before leaving the office
  • Correctly and effectively delivers HME, medications, oxygen and supplies
  • Picks up HME, oxygen tanks and hazardous waste according to Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the building and on the truck
  • Completes all paperwork as directed, i.e. CODs, insurance information, signatures, etc.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving record of minimum three (3) years
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or home medical equipment preferred
  • EMT certification a plus
  • LPN certification a plus
  • Basic computer/tablet skills and phone etiquette
