Requirements:

  • A civil/structural engineering or project management degree is a plus, but experience is also valued.
  • Minimum of 5 years in project management experience for bridge and highway construction projects.
  • Thorough understanding of the construction/bridge/highway industry.
  • Knowledge of local construction methods, safety, materials, and local regulations.
  • Experience in highway and bridge construction, excavation, and site development.
  • Proficiency in Heavy Job (Project Management) software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and high attention to detail.
