As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our Light Armored Vehicle (LAV) fleet.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support and maintenance services for LAVs, including performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections
* Monitor and update Master Work Schedules (MWS) in automated information systems
* Perform quality control and technical inspections for LAVs
* Travel to other USMC installations to perform technical analysis on LAVs
* Provide technical input and verification of publication changes
* Track and locate frustrated cargo
* Submit monthly status, maintenance, and travel reports

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to pass government security screening
* 15 or more years of previous experience in LAV repair and maintenance
* Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor and reporting
* Previous experience working in PM LAV Depot facilities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent
* Certified Associate Welding Inspector (CAWI)

Core Competencies:

* Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word
* Communication, Written - Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely according to strict deadlines
* Self-Motivated - Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one's ability using his or her own drive or initiative
* Team Builder/Worker - Ability to inspire and work within a group of people to work toward a goal
* Organized - Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task
* Time Management - Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines

Work Environment:

* The work environment will be in a production type facility, working around heavy military equipment
* The ability to lift up to 25 lbs., walk, bend, push, pull and stand if needed to perform all requirements of this position
