Job Summary

Keil Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a Senior HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our residential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Maintenance and Service on gas furnaces, gas water and steam boilers, and central air conditioning systems, water heaters, and other equipment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service by being customer-focused and prepared to deal directly with homeowners on their terms.
  • Operate Company Vehicles and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Participate in Emergency Night Service Rotation and be available to work overtime as required.
  • Meet Sales and Service Goals by offering replacement systems, accessory items, and maintenance agreements to customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and a HVAC technical school graduate (Top 10% Only).
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in residential installation, maintenance, and service.
  • Refrigeration Certification - Universal and Gastite certification.
  • Manufacturers Training Certifications and customer sales skills.
  • NATE Certification is a Plus and computer skills including proficiency in Windows-based systems.
