Position Summary: We are actively seeking a Collections and Accounts Receivable Specialist. The main focus of this position is to engage with clients to recover outstanding payments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients to facilitate payment collection
  • Record payments received through checks and credit cards
  • Update accounts to reflect outstanding invoices
  • Maintain precise records of invoices, debits, and credits
  • Resolve collection issues by reviewing payment arrangements and histories
  • Document all client interactions thoroughly
  • Address client inquiries related to payments and invoices
  • Manage liens and related documentation
  • Generate and distribute monthly statements

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections is beneficial
