About the LPN - Nursing Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Nanuet, NY. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and monitor residents' health details, including vital signs and temperature.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance on patient care.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
What We Offer:

Competitive base rate of $30.13 with a 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. We also offer a $5K sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
