About the Role:

As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Your duties will include:

  • Collecting and recording vital signs and health information
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be a licensed LPN in good standing with the New York State Board of Nursing
  • Have a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $28.16-$32.00 per hour, as well as a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Our facility features 140 beds, including 17 vent-certified beds, and offers a range of medical, social, and rehabilitation services.
