  • Propose innovative solutions to emerging challenges, applying current technologies to meet project design specifications.
  • Guide, mentor, and coach engineers and technicians to enhance their technical skills.
  • Ensure all work aligns with agreed-upon budgets and timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and preferably Project), as well as MicroStation and AutoCAD.
