The SharePoint Farm Administrator will be responsible for providing support for all SharePoint servers, both physical and virtual. The successful candidate will have experience with Windows Server Operating Systems, IIS, SQL Server, and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Testing & Evaluation mission. Key responsibilities include installing and sustaining SharePoint databases, ensuring 99.9% or higher Average SharePoint Uptime, and maintaining database compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Additionally, the candidate will plan and lead migrations from existing application versions to latest application versions, including configuration. The ideal candidate will support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in acquiring and maintaining licenses for SharePoint-related software and collaborate with software developers on requirements analysis, query optimization, and table normalization. The SharePoint Farm Administrator will also test SharePoint performance and functionality in response to required upgrades to operating systems and web browsers, maintain SharePoint configuration documentation, and provide support to databases utilizing the SharePoint environment.
