In this role, you will oversee various tasks within the distribution center while providing leadership and support to Warehouse Associates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that an employee in this position may be required to perform. The specific duties may vary.
  • Guide and mentor Warehouse Associates in their daily tasks.
  • Accurately pick and load products onto pallets for distribution.
  • Ensure completed orders are delivered to the designated loading area.
  • Review order specifications to confirm accurate case counts.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers.
  • Facilitate the movement of products, pallets, and shells throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform general warehousing duties, including dock operations, product picking, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Safely operate large moving equipment, achieving company certification as required.
  • Maintain a clean loading area by disposing of waste appropriately.
  • Complete other job-related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting or related roles.
  • Proficiency in using a pallet jack is essential.
  • Experience with various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and shrink wrap machinery, is preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
