Legacy Creators is a private school in St. Charles County seeking a dynamic and experienced Montessori teacher to join our K-8 program. As a Montessori educator, you will play a vital role in creating engaging lesson plans and curricula that foster the social, physical, intellectual, and emotional development of our students.

We are specifically seeking a teacher with a robust foundation in literacy instruction and a genuine passion for teaching in small class settings. A strong background in Mathematics and Science is essential, and experience with an Orton Gillingham-based literacy program would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design comprehensive lesson plans
* Deliver instruction to students
* Assess student progress through grading assignments
* Contribute to extracurricular activities
* Assist with school events
* Cultivate a positive and secure learning environment

Requirements:

* Expertise in immersive language learning techniques
* Ability to develop curriculum and activities that provide hands-on learning opportunities
