Quality Control Inspector Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Environmental Tectonics Corporation. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections to determine compliance with quality standards, including inspection of raw materials, parts, subassemblies, and finished products.
  • Use standard physical means, mechanical, or electrical testing equipment to inspect products.
  • Record, document, and maintain product inspection results.
  • Perform data entry and inventory transactions after completion of inspection.
  • Work with all departments within the company to ensure product compliance.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret working drawings, technical specifications, etc.
  • Experience with standard mechanical and electrical measuring and test equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, multimeters, etc.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced precision, custom machine shop environment.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
