Job Summary:

As a Home Health Physical Therapist with Adventist Health, you will play a critical role in designing and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve physical functions for our patients. With an interdisciplinary approach, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates patients to identify areas of improvement and develops individualized treatment plans.
  • Provides therapy interventions using evidence-based protocols and techniques.
  • Maintains accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines.
  • Supervises assigned assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice is mandatory.
  • CPR or BLS certification is required.
  • PT license is necessary.
Benefits:

Adventist Health offers a competitive salary, which we estimate to be around $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
