About the Position:

Hartford Healthcare Medical Group is seeking a skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our Infectious Disease team in Norwich, Connecticut. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced professionals, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through inpatient consultations and outpatient office visits, including treatment for HIV and Hepatitis C patients.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop effective disease management strategies and contribute to the growth and development of our Advanced Practitioners.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in Nursing and National Certification as an APRN are mandatory.
  • Current licensure in the State of Connecticut and prescriptive authority, along with a DEA number, are required.
  • Excellent clinical management skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
