About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager to lead our farming operations in Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Organic and Biodynamic farming methods, including a good understanding of OMRI guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily farm operation management, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Develop and implement plans for Soil health improvement, irrigation, and erosion control.
- Schedule and supervise farm crew, including Assistant Farm Managers.
- Cultivate relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure necessary materials.
- Conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 per year, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
