Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual committed to fostering student achievement. This role involves providing essential academic assistance to learners under the guidance of an educator, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
The position entails delivering educational support to students, performing various administrative tasks, and is structured as a part-time role during the academic year, operating Monday through Friday for 5.75 hours each day.
Compensation: The pay rate starts at a minimum of $13.00 per hour, with the offered rate determined by experience and internal equity.
Qualifications
Candidates must fulfill the Highly Qualified Status by having two years of post-secondary education or a high school diploma/equivalent along with successful completion of a competency assessment, which can be undertaken post-hire.

- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Cooperative, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor
- Effective reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
