Your Role

As a Professional Staff Nurse, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team with expertise and compassion. You'll work closely with physicians, other healthcare providers, and patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster positive relationships with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Teach and Mentor: Share your expertise with new staff, students, and patients to promote a culture of learning and growth.
  • Apply the Nursing Process: Use critical thinking and analytical skills to create a healing environment and deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certifications: Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse and CPR certification.
  • Education and Experience: Zero to two years of experience, with a BSN preferred.
