Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all stages of the construction process from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Secures all necessary permits and adheres to relevant regulations, particularly concerning safety.
  • Collaborates with the Production Coordinator to procure essential supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensures that all assigned projects are executed in accordance with established plans.
  • Manages project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with specified standards.
  • Coordinates and supervises specialists, tradespeople, and subcontractors, overseeing their performance.
  • Maintains effective communication with clients, supervisors, and subcontractors, providing updates on project status.
  • Develops and adheres to project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance plans.
  • Utilizes software applications to schedule, monitor progress, and document project developments.
  • Organizes and leads site meetings as necessary, based on the scale and complexity of the project.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Operates vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Maintains a clean and organized job site, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conducts final inspections to ensure project completion meets customer expectations and addresses any deficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using widely recognized construction project management software.
  • Establishes strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction personnel.
  • May collaborate with or oversee other site supervisors or assistants as project demands dictate.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, time management, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in reading blueprints and budgeting.
  • Spanish language skills are preferred.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in roofing crew leadership.
  • Completion of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Outreach Training is advantageous, with potential for company-sponsored training upon hiring.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in construction, preferably with hands-on roofing experience.
