Key Responsibilities- Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures for patients
- Obtain pre-certification and pre-authorizations as needed
- Coordinate medical tests and procedures, including interventional invasive cardiology procedures and electrophysiology
- Communicate with patients to ensure clear understanding of procedures and instructions
- Use electronic health records and other systems to retrieve information and schedule appointments
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Two years of scheduling experience in a multi-specialty clinic preferred
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
