Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at New Castle Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a critical role in ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a Lasting Impression: Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests, both in person and over the phone. Ensure that every guest feels valued and appreciated throughout their stay.
  • Enjoy Problem Solving: Be proactive in resolving guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Listen attentively to guests and respond with empathy and understanding.
  • Be Accountable: Maintain accurate records and handle cash and credit transactions with precision. Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
  • Be a Safety Security Agent: Familiarize yourself with our hotel's safety and security policies and procedures. Anticipate potential issues and report them to management promptly.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess good verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in front office software and able to handle cash and credit transactions with ease.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally. Regular need to stand for long periods and move around the hotel.
