We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist RRT to join our team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating the respiratory needs of our patients and developing and implementing their Respiratory Care Plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate the respiratory needs of patients and develop individualized Respiratory Care Plans
- Implement and operate acute care ventilators for continuous short and long-term mechanical ventilation
- Maintain accurate records and enter information into the hospital computer system
- Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
- Current Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist licensure
- American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider certification
- Graduate of a Respiratory Care program accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC)
