We are seeking a skilled Recovery Coach to join our team at Monte Nido & Affiliates. As a key player in our residential treatment program, you will support clients through their recovery journey, providing guidance and intervention consistent with their treatment plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and support clients through their recovery journey.
  • Provide support and intervention consistent with the client's treatment plan.
  • Engage clients in developing healthy connections with other clients and the team.
  • Assist with food preparation and meal supervision.
  • Participate in therapeutic groups and develop core skills to promote clinical growth.
  • Conduct rounds and provide observations.
  • Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting.
  • Valid state-issued Driver's License with a safe driving history.
  • Excellent communication and client relations skills.
