We are seeking a highly skilled Software Systems Engineering Manager to join our team at Understanding Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and leading the software systems that underpin our innovative medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software systems for our medical devices, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that our software systems are well-documented and easily understandable by our teams.
  • Work closely with our regulatory team to ensure compliance with IEC62304 regulations and other relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software development and leadership, with a strong background in C++ and Windows.
  • Experience working with medical devices and IEC62304 regulations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.
