Job Summary:

Kendallville Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of care to patients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Monitor and evaluate the outcome of practice and standards of care, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and their families on health-related topics.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, with a focus on patient-centered care.
