You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product recommendations.
  • Handling various sales transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
  • Cross-training in all areas of store operations to ensure seamless workflow.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.

**Benefits:**

  • Paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
  • Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
  • Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
  • Eligibility for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability.
