Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Beverage Connoisseur & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including milkshakes, bubble teas, smoothies, slushies, cold brew coffee, and espresso.
You will also provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at all times. This includes engaging with and understanding our customers, discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to build relationships with teammates and quickly connect with customers by always being friendly and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
