Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing pharmacy staff, optimizing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in pharmacy management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business growth
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with pharmacy software and systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
Education Requirements

A bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field is required. A master's degree or higher is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $73.00 per hour, plus a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan.
