We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Lead to join our team at Northside Hospital Inc. as a key member of our pharmacy department.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the operations of the pharmacy staff to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Act as a professional resource and provide guidance to pharmacists and technicians.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of pharmacists and technicians in the main pharmacy.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- One (1) year pharmacy experience in a specialty care area, such as hospital, retail, infusion center, oncology, or critical care.
- Member of a hospital pharmacist organization.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
This is a full-time position working 3 x 12-hour shifts in the main pharmacy. The successful candidate will work closely with the lead counterpart to ensure seamless operations and provide support to the pharmacy team.
