Our New Jersey/NY/CT regions are expanding rapidly, and we seek dedicated, energetic individuals eager to contribute to the development of future leaders. With plans for over 20 KidStrong centers in the upcoming years, we are looking for professionals to help steer these initiatives toward success.


Work Schedule: This role does not conform to a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. Our center operates seven days a week, providing flexibility to collaborate with the General Manager in creating a full-time schedule that balances center success with personal life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging fitness classes to children.
  • Conduct outreach to families interested in our programs.
  • Perform light administrative tasks, including inventory management and communication with members.

Expectations:

We are looking for a motivated individual whose enthusiasm for working with children, coupled with a growth mindset, drives them to make a meaningful impact. A solid grasp of sales and operational excellence is essential, as you will collaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing strategies that enhance sales and foster customer relationships.


A positive leader who approaches all aspects of the organization thoughtfully and takes pride in achieving and exceeding goals is essential. Experience working with children is crucial, as you will lead by example, conducting approximately 15+ classes weekly.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in child engagement and/or the fitness industry is highly preferred.
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Certifications: (These can be obtained post-hire and must remain current)

  • CPR certification
  • First Aid certification
  • EpiPen certification

Physical Requirements:

Staff members are expected to actively participate in physical activities with children, demonstrating proper techniques and corrections. This role requires bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing, and sustained physical exertion, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
