Job Opportunity:
My Gym Children's Fitness Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Children's Fitness Coach.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive fitness programs for children, while also contributing to the overall success of our center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead fitness programs for children, incorporating a variety of activities and exercises.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members and their families.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and promotion goals.
  • Conduct background checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in children's fitness.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. exercise science, education) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a fitness or educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Background in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, theater, music, or other related fields.
