Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to connect with communities through door-to-door solicitation of new prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer experience initiatives by recognizing and addressing customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Acquire new residential customers through proactive outreach and consultation.
  • Present sales proposals and develop relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and documentation to support sales activities.
  • Attend sales meetings and training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas for high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales.
  • Stay informed about competitors' activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills to effectively articulate pitches.
  • Passion for sales and a personal drive to succeed.
  • Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services and the ability to educate customers on related products and services.
