About the Role
K2 Integrity seeks a highly skilled Financial Crimes Risk Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will support engagements in our Financial Crimes Risk Management practice, focusing on sanctions screening and compliance.

You will analyze and disposition alerts, manage tasks, and maintain knowledge of emerging issues in sanctions and AML laws and regulations. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of international sanctions- and adverse media-related alerts.
- Disposition alerts based on regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage task assignments and document findings.
- Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and quality assurance standards.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: $67,000 - $85,000 per year.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in sanctions screening, preferably in a correspondent banking environment.
