Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Planning and Governance: Provide program support for IT planning and governance processes that align IT to support successful execution of client's vision and strategic goals, including the CIO, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), and subsidiary IT investment owner groups.
  • Investment Owner Meetings: Help facilitate Investment Owner meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • IT Idea Collection: Support the collection of IT ideas from across the client and fiscal year planning to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • IT Governance Program Development: Help develop and improve the client's IT governance program by recommending enhancements that will improve stakeholder engagement, investment prioritization, and oversight.
  • Organizational Development: Conduct organizational level reporting linking technologies to outcomes and mission-related tangible and intangible benefits.
  • IT Portfolio Management: Implement a continuous process of identifying, selecting, and managing a portfolio of projects in alignment with key performance metrics and strategic business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Provide recommendations, processes, procedures, writing policies, and support in an IT Portfolio Management program.
  • Enterprise Architecture: Conduct strategic Enterprise Architecture (EA) analysis, including CPIC, EA, and program management requirements alignment with Strategic Planning.
  • Risk Analysis: Conduct risk analysis to support project managers in identifying project risk, identifying potential impacts of those risks, and crafting risk mitigation strategies.
  • Business and Technical Analysis: Conduct business and technical analysis by facilitating working group sessions and engaging working group members to understand and document customer stakeholder functional and technical needs.
  • Qualitative and Quantitative Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to support work assignments for meeting the deliverable objective.
  • Status Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Meeting Support: Provide meeting support, including facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, preparing project briefings, presenting to stakeholders, documenting, and distributing meeting minutes, and tracking actions.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer or Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or technical discipline.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in business analysis, investment management, and Federal consulting.

Preferred Qualifications: PMP and/or PMI Professional in Business Analysis PMI-BPA.
