About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our International Store & Club Operations team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building products to enhance the experience for our store associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Enhance Products: Manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer and data insights into actionable initiatives, collaborate on the rollout strategy, manage risks, work on leveraging technology from other countries, and help build training documentation to the markets.
  • Define Vision and Strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, collaborate on business cases, perform extensive market research, discover emerging technologies, and approving objectives.
  • Build Collaborative Relationships with important partners by guiding priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership working with market leaders and cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, e-commerce, and data science.
  • Provide Overall Direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs.
  • Build a Decision Framework through Data by collecting and interpreting data to help drive the best course of action for your products.
  • Develop and Mentor Other Product Owners - you will work with your team to bring your expertise and experience to help others grow into their roles.
