About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physician to join our team at Vista Community Clinic, providing primary care and ambulatory outpatient services to patients in our diverse communities.

Compensation Package

This is a part-time position with a competitive salary range of $260,000 to $285,000+ per year, prorated for part-time work. In addition, we offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation package (prorated for part-time). Productivity bonuses are also available.

Job Description

As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will provide direct patient care, conduct in-service training for clinic staff, and participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality medical care. Our ideal candidate has experience in an ambulatory care setting and preferably bilingual (Spanish-English).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a CA license and at least one year of experience in an ambulatory care setting. FQHC experience is preferred, as is bilingual proficiency.
