Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Tech to join our team at Grace Federal Solutions LLC. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient identification and obtain patient history to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of MRI and cross-sectional human anatomy to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Operate MRI scanners, administer contrast agents, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Interpret protocols and select appropriate scanning parameters to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures.
  • Administer oral and IV contrast agents, establish intravenous lines, and follow proper injection procedures to ensure patient safety.
  • Transmit images to QC, UNCH's EMR, EPIC, and PACS, and verify image transmission to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis.
  • Perform tasks in a timely manner, run schedules, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment to ensure efficient and safe imaging procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiological Sciences or registry eligible.
  • Requires advanced certification in MR within one year of employment.
  • Successful candidates must become registered within one year of employment and maintain their registry status and continuing education requirements annually.
  • All imaging specialists must maintain current competency in HCP BLS.
